Motivation:

As a researcher, we sometimes have more ideas than our working capacity.

Instead of leaving them dormant that contributes little to the community. It would be a better solution to share them. Someone may  have  remaining capacity and show great interest on it.

Such initiative is further motivated by the underlining idea of Sharing Economics.
